1. Definitions

“we”, “us”, “our” means Lifetime Publishing.
“you”, “your” means the person ordering products from us.
“working days” means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays in England.
“product” means the product or products you have ordered from us.

2. Application of Contract Terms and Conditions

These contract terms and conditions apply to all contracts between you and us.

3. Your account

• When you register on our website, you will be required to choose a contact email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining your account and password. You must keep your password safe and not disclose it to anyone. You are responsible for all sessions and transactions taken under your account. Please ensure the details you register with are correct and complete.
• If any of your details change or you feel your password has been compromised, please ensure you immediately update/change the details in YOUR ACCOUNT area of our website.

4. Contract

• Any contract for the product made through our website will be with Nord Anglia Lifetime Development South West Limited.
• In placing this order you confirm that you are aged 18 years or older.
• When you place an order to purchase the product from this website, we will send you an email confirmation containing details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase the product which is accepted by us when we send confirmation of your order. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between you and us on these terms and conditions. Any terms and conditions you seek to impose in your order will not form part of the contract between you and us.

5. Your Cancellation Rights

• You may cancel your order before delivery or within seven working days after the date of delivery by giving us written notice of cancellation. You can give your written notice in one of the following ways:

• Please keep evidence of your cancellation notice.
• If you cancel your order within seven working days after the date of delivery, you must return the unwanted product unused and in its original packaging at your own risk and cost within thirty days of delivery to the address specified under clause 10. Provided you return the unwanted product unused and in its original packaging within thirty days of delivery we will credit your payment card with the cost of the unwanted product and our delivery charges within thirty days of the date of your cancellation notice.
• You have no right to cancel your order in accordance with this clause 5 if the product you have ordered are:
  • periodical(s) or magazine(s);
  • video or DVD recordings; or
  • computer software where the holographic seal and/or shrink-wrap has been unsealed by you.

6. Product availability / errors / inaccuracies

Our product availability information is updated regularly but it is possible that in some instances a product may become unavailable between updates. We reserve the right not to sell to you any product in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the product appearing on our website.

7. Price, Delivery Charges and Customs

• All product prices and delivery charges shown on our website are in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT (if applicable).
• If an error or inaccuracy is discovered in relation to the advertised price of the product that you have ordered and/or delivery charges relating to the product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the product and/or delivery charge for the product and to ask if you wish to continue with your order at the amended price or to cancel your order. If we receive no reply from you within seven days of our e-mail, we will cancel your order. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the product you will receive a full refund.
• We reserve the right to change prices listed without notice. All orders for products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse to supply the product.
• Delivery charges are as follows:
  
  
  • £3.95 for orders up to £20.00
  • £7.50 for orders up to £50.00
  • £9.50 for orders up to £150.00
  • Free delivery for orders over £150.00
    
    For overseas orders delivery charges are:
    Surface Mail: 20% of the order value;
    Airmail: 30% of the order value.
    
    
• If you are ordering products for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied on the product reaching its specified destination. Any charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact you local Customs Office for more information.

8. Payment Details

• We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. If you are buying on behalf of an organisation, you may pay by cheque.
• Your payment card will be charged following our email confirmation of your order.

9. Delivery

• Delivery of the product you have ordered will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted. It should reach you within 10 days of your order being accepted by us but please allow 21 days. If this time elapses and you have not received the product, you should contact your Post Office sorting office to verify that no items are being held for you pending delivery. If your Post Office sorting office has confirmed that no package(s) are being held, please contact our Customer Services Team on 01225 716023.
• We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the delivery timeframe. If this is not possible we will notify you and at your option agree a different delivery period or you may cancel your order.
• The delivery times given are approximate and delays can sometimes occur.

10. Returns

• All returns must be authorised by us. Please telephone us on 01225 716023. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us unless we delivered them to you in error, or if the product was damaged or faulty on delivery.
• Once returns have been authorised by us you may return the product by post to our distributors Orca Book Services, Unit 3A, Fleets Corner, Poole, Dorset BH17 0HL in accordance with the following procedure:
  Repackage the product securely and send the product together with your reason for return, the invoice number, your email address or telephone number and instructions as to whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
• All unwanted products you return must be in resalable condition, in their original packaging and with any security seals still intact.
• Returns are made at your own risk. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you.
• Refunds will not be paid in cash. Refunds will be credited to your payment card.

11. Limitation of Liability

• If the products you receive are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing within seven working days of delivery of the said product.
• 11.2 We will not be liable to you:
  • for any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to us;
  • where performance of any obligation to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Our liability to you in any event (except liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence) is limited to a full refund of the amount you paid for the product.
